We are now using Google forms for all applications. Please note there are two separate applications to use when sponsoring Participants. Please fill out both the Participant App and the Sponsor App.

Pay Servant or Participant Fees Online

We add a $5 charge for using a card to cover fees we get charged. The total for online payment or cards is $105.
